<h2 id="yi-ying-guo-yi-jiao-cha-ge-si-qun-dao-zhu-quan-zhi-mao-li-qiu-si-cctld-io-huo-jiang-bei-fei-qi"><strong>一.<a href="https://t.me/outvivid/4602">英国移交查戈斯群岛主权至毛里求斯，ccTLD .io 或将被废弃。</a></strong></h2>

<li>io 是 ISO 分配给英属印度洋领地 (British Indian Ocean Territory, BIOT) 的国家编码； .io 亦被分配为此地区的 ccTLD。</li>
|
||
<li>由于 IO 在计算机概念中的重要性 (Input/Output)，.io 域名被大量科技类企业及站点所使用。</li>
|
||
<li>在 .su (前苏联) 和 .yu (南斯拉夫) 的废弃乱象后，IANA 出台了更严格的 ccTLD 废弃流程，而这套流程即将适用于 .io。</li>

<h2 id="er-windows-11-24h2-wen-ti-dao-zhi-8-63gbde-geng-xin-huan-cun-wu-fa-qing-li"><strong>二.<a href="https://t.me/xhqcankao/14097">Windows 11 24H2 问题导致8.63GB的更新缓存无法清理</a></strong></h2>
|

<p>除了光标消失问题，Windows 11 24H2 更新还会导致创建一个无法使用磁盘清理删除的 8.63GB 更新缓存。虽然 Windows 更新缓存非常正常并且在磁盘清理或存储清理等工具中可见，但 Windows 11 24H2 中的一个奇怪错误阻止了用户清除更新缓存或文件。磁盘清理和存储设置尝试删除更新缓存文件，但不起作用，缓存一直占用高达 8.63 GB 的存储空间。Windows 11 修复安装也无法解决此问题，但全新安装确实可以解决问题。微软公司表示，已经注意到用户的反馈，并计划在即将发布的更新中发布修复程序。</p>

<p>Google 正在为 Android 开发一个官方的 Linux 终端应用。这个应用将允许用户在 Android 设备上运行 Linux 命令，类似于 Chromebook 上的 Crostini。</p>
|
||
<p>开发人员可以通过开发人员选项启用终端应用程序，并将在虚拟机中安装 Debian。</p>
|

<h2 id="si-hai-kang-wei-shi-jin-xing-da-gui-mo-ren-yuan-you-hua-huo-ying-xiang-shang-qian-yuan-gong"><strong>四. <a href="https://weibo.com/1642634100/OB39Foij2">海康威视进行大规模人员优化，或影响上千员工</a></strong></h2>

<p>海康威视正在实施大规模的组织调整，32个研发区域将收缩至12个，预计裁员规模将超过1000人，研发部门受影响最为严重。部分被裁员工透露，裁员会有“N+2”的赔偿方案，部分地区如湖南已经完成裁员，杭州总部尚未开始。</p>

<p>近年来，公司营收和净利润增速下滑，2024年第二季度净利润同比下降10.7%，低于市场预期，增收不增利的局面尤为突出。软件业务收入占比下降，进一步加剧了公司的增长压力。</p>
