<h2 id="yi-wei-ruan-kao-lu-che-di-feng-bi-windowsnei-he"><strong>一. <a href="https://m.cnbeta.com.tw/view/1446435.htm">微软考虑彻底封闭Windows内核</a></strong></h2>
|
||
<p>微软在今年7月的蓝屏危机后曾讨论过完全封闭 Windows 的内核。近期微软再次发布一篇文章称，「公司正致力于为内核模式之外的解决方案提供商提供更多安全功能」。</p>
|
||
<p>现在许多游戏都使用了内核级别的反作弊程序，但是许多开发商关闭了Linux兼容层，导致 Linux 无法通过 Proton 或是Wine来运行这些 Windows 游戏。随着主流系统更新，内核级的反作弊、客户端的反作弊或将逐渐淘汰，服务器端反作弊方案将成为新选择。不论是从游戏性能还是安全角度，或是设备系统兼容，这对于玩家来说都是一件好事。</p>

<h2 id="er-intelda-zhuan-xing-nian-di-qian-cai-diao-15000ren-bo-chi-dai-gong-de-guo-han-zan-ting-jian-shao-2-3fang-chan"><strong>二.<a href="https://news.mydrivers.com/1/1003/1003827.htm">Intel大转型：年底前裁掉15000人、剥离代工、德国厂暂停、减少2/3房产</a></strong></h2>

<p>当地时间9月16日，Intel首席执行官帕特·基辛格 （Pat Gelsinger） 在最新的股东大会之后，发布了一封公开信，对于近期相关传闻进行了回应，并全面概述了Intel的转型计划。</p>
|
||
<p>在8月初公布了糟糕的财报及财测数据，并宣布全球裁员15%、削减资本支出（到2025年削减100亿美元资本支出）、暂停每季派息之后，Intel受到了来自投资者、政府、内部员工、社会舆论等诸多方面的巨大压力。</p>
|
||
<p>由此，也引发了诸如“Intel将出售晶圆制造业务”、“Intel将出售FPGA（Altera）业务”、“高通将收购Intel部分芯片设计业务”、“Intel将暂停海外晶圆厂建设”等一系列的传闻。</p>

<h2 id="san-mozilla-jiang-yu-12-yue-17-ri-guan-bi-mozilla-social-shi-li"><strong>三.<a href="https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mozilla-social-faq">Mozilla ：将于 12 月 17 日关闭 Mozilla.social 实例</a></strong></h2>
|

<p>2024年9月18日——Mozilla 宣布将于2024年12月17日停止其社交平台 Mozilla.social 的实验，届时 Mastodon 实例将正式关闭。用户仍可在12月17日前继续使用 Mozilla.social，并在此日期之前下载相关数据或将账户迁移至其他 Mastodon 实例。</p>

<p>12月17日之后，Mozilla.social 的 Mastodon 实例将彻底关闭，平台上的所有内容和账户将无法再访问。不过，用户的 Mozilla 账户仍将继续有效，可以用于访问 Mozilla 的其他产品和服务。用户可以通过 Mozilla 官网管理其账户信息。</p>

<h2 id="si-hua-wei-zheng-shi-qi-yong-windows-yu-cheng-dong-hua-wei-pc-jiang-quan-bu-yong-hong-meng"><strong>四.<a href="https://unwire.hk/2024/09/21/huawei-windows/fun-tech/">华为正式弃用 Windows，余承东：华为 PC 将全部用鸿蒙</a></strong></h2>

<p>在近期的 Mate XT 交付仪式上，华为消费者业务 CEO 余承东说，华为的个人电脑产品将全面弃用 Windows 系统，转而采用自家研发的鸿蒙操作系统。主要受到美国制裁的影响，华为加速了技术自主化的进程。</p>
|
||
<p>余承东表示，华为已经能够完全替代美国的技术和元件，未来的新一代笔记本将提供与 Mac 类似的操作体验，旨在打造统一的生态系统，提升用户体验。鸿蒙系统的成功将直接影响华为在全球市场的竞争力。</p>

<h2 id="wu-aws-jiang-opensearch-yi-jiao-gei-linux-ji-jin-hui"><strong>五.<a href="https://www.21cto.com/article/4557874317683844">AWS 将 OpenSearch 移交给 Linux 基金会</a></strong></h2>
|
||
<p>近日在奥地利举办的开源峰会（Open Source Summit）上，亚马逊宣布将其旗下OpenSearch开源项目捐赠给 Linux 基金会，该基金会已经成立 OpenSearch 软件基金会，用来支持该项目及其搜索和分析软件的研发。</p>
|
||
<p>OpenSearch 是 Elasticsearch 和 Kibana 的开源分支，现在已正式成为 Linux 基金会开源项目家族的一部分。Linux 基金会表示，OpenSearch 被世界各地的软件开发人员用来构建搜索、分析、可观察性和矢量数据库应用程序，下载量业已超过 7 亿次。OpenSearch 软件基金会将与社区维护者和开发人员以及创始成员组织合作，支持 OpenSearch 的持续发展。</p>
